This particular scholarship is from the Rosemary Delores Lopez Memorial Scholarship Fund given only to women business owners who have demonstrated business acumen with a proven record of successful ownership, and have given back to their community, and served as an outstanding role model for emerging business leaders. This is an honor reserved for very special candidates, she was chosen from a large pool of candidates for this honor.
